It is now the 5th month of our pregnancy, and I am growing larger by the day. I am, to be exact, 22 weeks and 2 days into the pregnancy. Gian and I went to the doctors last week for the 2nd ultrasound/sonogram reading, and we were able to take my parents with us! They got to see everything. Including the sex of the baby, even though Gian and I don't want to know, but it was very difficult for them to tell what it was sooooooo...sorry you are all just going to have to wait until the baby is born. But they did get to see the babies peripheral view: the head, the face, the cute little nose and the babies mouth and HUGE lips! (It looks like the baby will take after Gian's big o'lips on that one). The arms and hands and all 10 fingers. The belly and spinal cord. The legs and feet and all 10 toes. And the heart and lungs, etc. The doctor that was viewing everything even turned the picture to 3-D, and put it in color (orange-redish). The baby even looked like it was picking it's nose and putting it in it's mouth at one point. The whole thing was very neat. She said that everything looked GREAT and rated me as a 10. So you will be happy to know that things seem to be progressing quite nicely.
